Comment Request: Substances Generally Recognized as Safe Notification Procedure
The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) requires that all food additives (as defined by section 201(s) (21 U.S.C. 321(s)) be approved by FDA before they are marketed. Submit written comments (including recommendations) on the collection of information by July 8, 2022.
